At the Beckley House, rent is based on income at levels established by the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.  Residents are selected in accordance to current HUD standards.

Apartments feature one bedroom, a separate kitchen, a full bath, and a living/dining room. Beckley House also has a community library, lounge, TV room, a large community room, and on-site management.  Beckley House also offers onsite property management as well as activities programming.
