Our long-term care center is a pleasant, well-kept and a hospitable home for long-term residents who require a higher level of nursing care. Our staff is trained to support the needs of residents and their families.
We pay close attention to individual preferences, providing personalized physical and emotional care. Some residents are frail or handicapped in some way, while others are more active. We encourage everyone to take part in the many activities that we offer.
We make sure that our residents and their families are comfortable with the transition to skilled care – whether it is for short-term, respite or long-term care. We provide housing and 24-hour skilled nursing services to individuals requiring care due to decreased ability to perform activities of daily living
Patient care is directed by Geer’s Medical Director or the resident’s own physician, backed by a highly trained, certified and licensed staff of geriatric caregivers.
